Mindfulness & Inner Relationship Focusing for Stress Management

Dr. Michelle was invited by an insurance team of Prudential to deliver an experiential workshop on ‘Mindfulness & Inner Relationship Focusing for Stress Management’. Staff learned about practical psychological tools to better manage stress, enhance their emotional intelligence (EQ), and nourish themselves.
