Mindfulness x Art Workshop for Self-Care

This workshop by Dr. Michelle was held at Studio 83 in August 2019. Participants from different fields including education, medicine, law, and business practised basic mindfulness meditations in the workshop. Practising mindfulness allowed participants to experience greater self-awareness and mental clarity, as well as opened up new possibilities for self-compassion.
